Although the company initially released the update in May, it was only available as a preview for devices with the “Get the latest updates as soon as they’re available” option enabled in the Windows Update settings, but now, the feature drop is available for anyone as an optional install. Microsoft makes the Windows 11 Moment 3 update an optional install for everyone in the Stable Channel starting June 27, 2023.
